I never really was a fan of Degrassi but I did manage to catch glimpses of a couple of episodes here and there. Seeing Drake aka wheelchair Jimmy is a little weird and hilarious at the same time because the “Drake” we all know now is such a different character.

This used to be a daily conversation for Day 1
Drake Fans a year and a half ago.
Me: Yo, this dude Drake is a beast.
Others: WTH is Drake?
Me: He’s a rapper… Have you ever seen Degrassi?
Others: Umm yeah… that Nickelodeon show, right.
Me: Yeah… Well Drake is wheelchair Jimmy, he raps.
Others: Get the f*ck outta here. I’ll be damned if I listen to that sh*t.
and now those same people are ” day 1 FANS”
with every mixtape on rotation. SMH.
